I am trying to index sierra Leone birth records and the images will not advance.

when I finish indexing the first record and go to the second the image will not change. I thought it was just a duplicate, but when I go to image three it still does not change. I tried a new batch and the same problem.

It might help if you share the batch code. You can access this through Help menu> Share Batch.

There could be a browser cache or possibly networking issue going on. First thing to try is close out of the batch - left arrow at left of the toolbar - it will take you back to the web indexing homepage. There you should see the batch(es) you downloaded - are there multiples of the same one or just one - or several different batches?

The next thing to check when you open the batch again - are you able to click and view all the images at this point?

If not check the Image - whether it should be indexed - yes or no, no extractable data, etc

    I hope this helps.
