Film request
I'd like to request these films be made available for viewing (preferably unlocked, but even if I have to visit FHC)
162308;162309;72312
Thank you!

FamilySearch can only publish digital films after making a contract with the record owner (aka record custodian).
Film 162309 has records less than 100 years old, so there may be privacy reasons why it can't be published, but I see no obvious reason why the other 2 cannot. More unusually, film 72313 is published. Since it's dates and types of records overlap with the other 3, it may actually be from a different church. I'd guess that this church has given permission to FS for it's films to be published, while the church whose records are on the other 3 films has not. Either they refused or FS hasn't asked them yet. The Catholic Church has a policy (though inconsistently enforced) that its records should not be published on FamilySearch.
So unfortunately, it looks like you'll have to find another website that has the records. Have you tried the FamilySearch Wiki?

This interesting link https://www.churchofjesuschrist.org/study/ensign/1981/06/the-langheinrich-legacy-record-gathering-in-post-war-germany?lang=eng
indicates that the original records may be in an archive in Germany (perhaps now Potsdam?) , or perhaps may have been returned to Poland. I would be surprised if the Catholic Church has anything to do with whether these records are available online, or not.
I suspect it may be difficult to locate these records elsewhere.

Polish law is 100 for births, 80 for marriage/death. So should be fine in that aspect...
