What do you put as the given name

I have two children who died soon after birth. I can tell the sex of the infants by the Latin terms used, however, they don't have a given name. What would I put in the first name box on their details page?

    Leave the child’s first name blank. Select the correct sex for each child.

    I agree with the above post. The link below also gives this additional information from the Help Center:

    • Avoid words that are not usually names, such as “not named,” “unnamed,” “Mister,” “Wife,” "twin," or "son."
