I am indexing christening, marriage and burial records for the year 1767.

It is written very plain with numbers - not spelled out. The project goes to the year 1754 and so will not accept 1767 even though it says to index records outside the project year. What am I supposed to do in this situation?

    Hi @SharonLeeHansen .

I've run into that myself in some projects. For an accurate answer tailored to your Project, please share your batch by copying and pasting the batch code [XXXX-XX] from the end of your batch name. Or copy and paste the full name of your batch, which will include the Project Name as well. Someone familiar with the Project may know what to do for that Project when this happens. And the Moderators can certainly find out. Thanks.

Thanks John for your advice. I will do that now and hope someone can help me know what to do. If not, I think I will have to delete the year and send it in without the year.

I did a little digging of my own and found out that I was not to index anything later than the years in the project. My mistake.

Oh. Well, that takes care of it another way. Good on you for double-checking.
