"If multiple grantees were listed for a single transaction, index information about each one in separate entries in the data entry area."

When a man & woman were listed then is the man "Entry" 12 & the woman "Entry" 13? (so the count of entries no longer matches the # of lines)

That is correct. Under project instructions, bullet point 4 it says:

    • If multiple grantors were listed for a single transaction, index information about each one using separate entries in the data entry area.

So in your batch, Frank will be one entry and Pearl will be another entry. There are several lines in this batch that have more than one name. So there are 47 lines but you will have about 59 entries.
