Does the indexing website allow us to call in a question to the indexing help center?
I used to be able to call in a question if I couldn't find the answer. I no longer see where to get a phone number to make a call. Are we allowed to call anymore?

Yes you can call: United States 1-866-406-1830
Just choose the Indexing option in the phone tree.
They may need the Batch number to help better. You can find this in Help menu> Share batch or at the top of the Indexing view it will show the same batch number/code.

@katherine christensen , if you poke on the question mark in a circle that is to the left of your profile “picture” (upper right corner on most pages) you will see a panel with various help options. At the bottom of that panel is a clickable “Contact Us.” If you click on that you will see the page that @genthusiast posted the link for.

Katherine, as others have stated, if you can locate the Question Mark in a Circle on the Right Side of the Page just before your name when you are logged into the Site. You can click on that and look to the links at the bottom of the pop up menu that opens and find the One that states Contact Us, then Scroll the ensuing page to the bottom to find the North American Support Section, here you will find our Phone Number as well as a Link for a Live Chat option.
