Why is not letting me in?

Hello! The webpage is not letting me in to do my research. It says that the place I live is not authorized. Can you please help me?

Were you able to sign into FamilySearch? If you are getting any kind of error messages we suggest that you clear temporary files/cache, reset FamilySearch cookies and/or switch browsers. You may need to reboot your computer, as well.

I understand there are certain countries where use of FamilySearch is blocked by their government. However, as you have managed to post here that does not appear to be the issue.

Try the suggestions advised by MNutall, If they don't work, you should return here with exact details of the page(s) you are unable to access.
