Yes, it's baptisms in format:
Date, Child name, Father, Mother, (sponsors/godparents)
My transcription/interpretive conclusions (illustrating how Indexing is 'interpretive') of first row - as an example:
[1]st (the image seems pretty clear but 21st could be determined from Reference Images or the physical parish register. Normally I like to assume dates closer to the ones immediately proceeding/following. This is not always good practice as I have seen some registers with an interesting recording pattern. These facing register pages seem to follow a good sequentially recorded pattern - so my conclusion without the Reference Images - would be the Date of baptism was 1st - and not 21st as I originally thought.) December 1849 (obviously) | Cat^[r/n]e (Cath[e/a]rine daughter) | Dan^l Doloh[e [r/n]]y (Daniel Doloheny father - This Project includes several surname References. I checked to see if my assumption that the surname Doloheny was correct - but the references do not list either. I would index his surname this way - other's might see it differently. I could be and probably am wrong- https://www.johngrenham.com/surnamevariants.php?surname=Dolohery This just illustrates the need to be more familiar with Surnames on a local level. Not being a native Irish language speaker/resident I don't have a clue to whether Doloheny versus Dolohery could actually be correct. Thus the need to check my initial conclusions with other sources.) | Cat^[r/n]e Hanlon (Cath[e/a]rine Hanlon mother) | John Shea (sponsor/godparent) | Julia Lynch (sponsor/godparent)
Without knowing any other column headings this is what I would understand about this baptism.
I didn't look real close to see if there are any other record types in this register image - but could immediately tell these are baptisms.
Question: When you say you went back several previous images - what do you mean? How did you do that - I'm not seeing Reference Images (the option is greyed out under both Data Entry menu and on the viewing tools)
and there is only one image. Did you download multiple batches? Maybe the Share Batch view just doesn't include those Reference Images...

These are baptisms! Thank you for verifying what they are! Good job!

@genthusiast : When your batch is open, you can click on the icon called Reference Images. It allows you to see the images before and after the one you are indexing. The icon is in the upper left-hand part of the screen. I've circled the correct one. It pops open an overlay screen so that you can see both your screen and the new one. Have fun with that!

Hmm, I tried that earlier and as I mentioned - it didn't show any Reference Images...
The system probably just didn't include them in the Shared Batch (not sure if that is default behavior for Share Batch)

@genthusiast You're probably right about not seeing them because of it being a Shared Batch. I can see them.
Thanks for your help. This is one of my first times using Community Help. I'm learning lots of new things. This is pretty exciting to connect with others and get help so quickly!

I agree - FamilySearch Community has a lot of good people contributing! There are some things that I think need to be worked out - but overall it's a good platform. Community members just need to have patience - especially with other Community member responses - we are all learning differently and sometimes the communication/interpretation via Community platform can be lacking (on either side) - that's just the nature of 'written' communication. It is difficult to communicate perfectly - I have to edit a post multiple times for clarity/completeness (even with small typing errors) - as I did with this post.
