I am so NOT happy with the new changes. You have just quadrupled the time it takes to find a death certificate I am looking for.

I used to be able to click on the death certificate and the correct one came up.

I just clicked on the death certificate needed and have now looked at over 250 death certificates and still not found the one needed.

Aren't the changes supposed to help us. Not make more work & frustrate us?

I'm sorry for this rant but this is not right!

I agree. Two people now, one there are 6,436 death certificates and his was supposed to be #1543. Sometimes it is off by one, but not this time. My eyes aren't up to scanning 2-7,000 death certificates. Not to mention the time it takes.
