QKYH-RG5 is in Genealogies, which are genealogy files uploaded by fellow users of FamilySearch. They're static: the original uploader can take the file down and/or upload a replacement, but the rest of us can only look at it. It's a form of cloud backup, essentially. It looks like the person who uploaded this one opted to make his contact details available, so you can send him a message if you want to discuss this family.

LKRW-4HT is in Family Tree, which is the open-edit "one world tree" on FamilySearch. Anyone can edit anything in it, after signing in. It looks like the version of the family here needs some TLC: a year ago, someone added a daughter who is older than both of her parents. You'll want to message that user to see if she can tell you what happened, but whether she replies or not, you can use the information from the static file in Genealogies to help you straighten out the mess in Family Tree.
