Marriage sealing cleared for the wife but not for the husband

I have gathered information to qualify Robert Fleming Dupree (LK7W-WFH) and Hazel Elizabeth Hall (G4J6-MQN) for a marriage sealing. I have requested the ordinance to be done and Hazel's temple ordinance page shows the marriage sealing as cleared. But Robert's temple ordinance page does not recognize the marriage at all. Can you fix the problem so that Robert's temple ordinance page also shows the marriage as recognized and the marriage sealing as cleared?

Thank you for posting in the Community about the marriage sealing of Robert Fleming Dupree and Hazel Elizabeth Hall. The issue was the missing spouses name on the ordinance list. It has now been fixed.
