I used to be able to put date in and then copy it to all records in that batch. Delete, copy options not showing on batch.

    Hello Janet,

The option icons in the indexing tool bar are not showing on your batch?. This article may be able to help you.

Can I hide or show the indexing toolbar?

If you need more screen space when indexing, hide the toolbar. You can show it again as needed.

    Steps

    1. On an open batch, click Data Entry in the upper left corner.
    2. Check or uncheck Show Toolbar.

If this does not solve the problem please let us know.!

The menu options for copy to all same field and delete, etc should still be there - if it's not there go to Data Entry> and check Show Toolbar.

The keyboard shortcuts should also work:

If it's a problem with the batch - what is the Help> Share Batch code?

    I hope this helps!
