Temple reserved list

It is a great idea now that you can reserve a name for 90 days from those names assigned to the Temple. That way names I share with the Temple another person can pick up and do the work.

It would be good if when you reserve that name for 90 days you can select the ordinance that is next in line such as Baptism & Confirmation only. Then the Initiatory & Endowment and Sealings will remain in the Temple list. When the Baptism & Confirmation are completed then another person could pick up the next ordinance in line.

Or I could then select Initiatory if a male and then have 90 days to complete that ordinance.

At the moment you have to request all the ordinances that are there to do.

I would love to do all the work myself but that is not always possible. If I can complete some of the work then that is progress for that person and then they are still in the reserve list of the original submitter wilh remaining Ordinances ready to be picked up by the Temple or to be reserved by somebody else to do what they can.

I agree. When will it be possible to select just an individual ordinance from the "shared with the temple" list?

We have dozens of names that we've researched and reserved. However, the male/female ratio is not exact. I would like to help another family member with some female initiatory work, while my husband finishes up our males that are ready, but I'm not necessarily interested in pulling endowments yet, because I have more than enough of my own.

When you select a person who has all of the ordinances shared with the temple, the software assumption is that you want to complete all of them, so all the boxes by the ordinance type are checked. You can uncheck the boxes of ordinances you don't want to reserve before completing the process. This way you can reserve just the ordinances you want.
