For the name the image has

    PIERWIENCEW, Nadiezda SEE DANETT, Nadia

    (Last) (First) (Middle)

This person changed their name. We would ignore the word See and use "Or" for the Name Variations

    Given Name: Nadiezda or Nadia

    Surname: Pierwiencew or Danett

The next one is PIERWIENCEW, Wlaczeslaw SEE DANETT, Chester

    Given name: Wlaczeslaw or Chester

    Surname Pierwiencew or Danett

Thank you @Nathaniel Simon Notheisen for finding out to be sure you are doing the right thing. Please note that as every batch is indexed and submitted, there are reviewers who go through each batch to verify that the batch is good for publication. So don't worry, the batch you worked on will be reviewed and if there is any mistake it will be corrected.

@Vincent T. That is not correct, unless you have people at FamilySearch checking every batch against the reviewers' work. Nathaniel is reviewing a batch. When he submits this batch, it would not be reviewed again because it would not reach the 20% threshold for changes to move it to a second review. Because there are only four fields (the given and surname) that were indexed incorrectly out of 34 possible fields, this batch would need to have at least 6, or most likely 7, corrections before moving on to a second reviewer. If he accepted the indexers work as correct, it certainly wouldn't be reviewed again.

If FamilySearch does have teams of reviewers, besides the volunteer reviewers, checking every batch submitted by a reviewers, I would be very interested to know how this works.
