I have 3 batches all the same. . I can´t open

Can you click the 'Manage' button in the Web Indexing view displaying the 3 batches? If you can try Returning those and download a new batch.

Here are a few suggestions you can try...
Refresh your page by clicking Control+R or the circle arrow in the top right corner.
Make sure you are using Chrome or Firefox for your browser.
Clear your browser cache, cookies and history every once in a while (find instructions on the web).
Turn off your computer and turn it on again.
If you still have trouble after trying these things, please reply below.
We looked at your indexing account and see that you currently have only one batch "checked out."
