You can usually click on the name of any other user which will open a message screen that will allow you to prepare and send a message to that user, even if you do not see an email address. If you do see the email address listed, you can also send a message directly to that other user by pasting their email address into your own browser and then SEND your message directly.
Hopefully, the person you address will see your message and respond to you, but there is no requirement for other users to reply to our messages.

Hello @vcbullersjr,
Here is the knowledge article from the Help Center with instructions for contacting another user. It includes messaging from your computer as well as a mobile device.
Steps (website)
- In Family Tree or Memories, display the contributor of the information:
- In Family Tree, from the ancestor's person page, in the Vitals or Other Information section, you see the words “Last Changed,” followed by the date of the most recent change and the contact name of the contributor who made it.
- Click the contributor’s contact name.
- In the pop-up that appears, you see the user’s contact information, if the user made it public. You can use it to contact him or her.
- If the contributor did not provide contact information, send a private message through the FamilySearch messaging service instead: Click Send Message. Enter your subject and message. You must enter a subject in order for the message to send. Click Send.
Best Wishes!
