Posting Photos
I took some photos of graves at two cemeteries in Mexico. I would like to post them in a site for indexing. Can you tell me how to do that? One is the San Ignacio Cemetery, El Durazno, Durango, Mexico. I don't know the name of the other, but it's locally called the Ramirez Family cemetery, and is on the road between El Durazno, Durango and Culiacan, Sinaloa, near El Rio Barco.

FamilySearch does not have a cemetery 'indexing' site per se - you can upload the photos to your Gallery under the Memories 'tab' after you login to FamilySearch.
There are a number of cemetery 'indexing' sites on the Internet where you could do as you request. Here is a FamilySearch Wiki article that I hope directs you to a solution:

I was wrong (again).
I learned something today that makes me want to tell you of an additional option - within FamilySearch - where you CAN help 'index' a cemetery into FamilySearch place names.
- Go to: https://www.familysearch.org/research/places
- SUGGEST A NEW PLACE
- Choose 'Cemetery'. You will need to browse and mark the location accurately.
The FamilySearch team will look at the place submitted and decide - but this is the proper/current method to do what you requested yesterday (I was just unaware of its existence). Once the place is reviewed/accepted then when you add the photos to your Memories you can accurately choose that place. If the photo is shared publicly then people will be able to view them if searching for that cemetery/place. So more of a Memories/photo index than text, unless you include headstone transcriptions on each photo (which I think theoretically should make it discoverable by researchers. You might need to put the headstone transcript as the Title of the photo for it to be searchable).
