"Twp members can reserve ordinances for the same person with different IDs. Then someone merges these duplicate records."

Should read, "Two members can reserve ordinances for the same person with different IDs. Then someone merges these duplicate records."

Thank you for your suggestion. We have passed your suggestion along to be reviewed. You may check back every now and again to see if this change has been made. We have no idea of the workload of this department so it is impossible to determine a concluding date. Know that it is being looked into. Thank you again for your comment.

"When prompted, enter a reason statement that explains how you concluded that the records were are duplicates."

    Remove "were."
