I have a patron at my FHC using the library edition of Find My Past on the premium sites. It's asking for his sign in information. Does this
mean I need to reset that computer like we used to before on old computers before covid shutdown? A person next to him is also using
the Find My Past site on the FHC premium sites and having no issue. If I need to do any administrative maintenance on premium sites, how
often should I check to do so? I don't want to wait till there's a problem using site.

I would recommend you check out the Tech support group, link below. look at tools and spreadsheet, and then the zoom meeting power points, that will explain the bi-monthly updates that are needed on all FHC computers. also clear cookies, link below.

Also be sure that all computers have been finished with the premium website setup, including pinning the extension.0
