Where can I find the "Event Date" in a naturalization record?

The two dates listed on my record are "date of birth" and "date of order of admission." I don't know whether or not to index the second as the "event date."

    From the project instructions:

    • Multiple dates may be indicated on a document. When typing the event date, use the most recent date that relates to the naturalization process.

So yes the - 'date of order of admission'/'date certificate issued' (they are the same date) - should be the 'event date' used on this record.

The second record appears to be an index to another record. I doubt it should be indexed since that other record should be indexed at some point - maybe someone else can state with more authority. The record number if the second image were indexed I believe would be - vol-page: 12-2338

The birth record does not pertain to the naturalization process. Look at the examples in the Project Instructions, What to Index. They are often helpful in showing us what to index and what not to index. I particularly like them when trying to decide which to index for record numbers and dates.
