Dismiss Certain Recommended Tasks from Home Page
There should be the option to dismiss recommended tasks when one has viewed them and does not intend to do anything further with them. For example, when I see names already shared with the temple, I have no interest in reserving them for myself. I have plenty to do already. But everytime I open FamilySearch the same names are there that I've already seen and for which I don't want to do the task recommended. Please add the option to dismiss the task.

I'm having Recommended Tasks come up that I complete, but which won't clear. They stay at the top of the list, hogging prime real estate and nagging me unnecessarily. For crying out loud, please give us the option to dismiss them.

Many times those 'duplicates' are actually 'duplicate indexes' of the same record. So that they 'don't clear' from Tasks is not as clear as one might expect (probably not clear) ...
Yes - I agree though - it would be nice to combine different index into a single Source citation rather than having to attach each index as a separate 'source' - thus listing 'Source' duplicate times.

Thank you so much, Brett. Three-quarters of my ancestors came from cultures with HUGE families extending back as far as records go (my dad has 78 first cousins), so I get hit with MOUNTAINS of these recommended tasks. This'll be a huge help.
