Request for a "CASES" capability
As a regular - daily - user of FamilySearch, I'd like to request the capability to have my interactions with FamilySearch recorded in a "CASE" file, accessible by myself and the FamilySearch staff. Similar to the previous "CASES" capability. Please.

FamilySearch has moved to a different support model where we no longer use cases. Is the primary functionality you'd like to see a history of your interactions with FamilySearch staff?
