I'm having trouble with my source linker....

I'm trying to decide if my problem is my computer or FS. For awhile, I could link sources, but couldn't add people from the record that weren't already there. The add screen wouldn't load completely. Now, when I try to link anything, the screen is just scrambled. Everything else seems to be working.

Thank you for any help you can provide!

    Hi @IngerOrr

We appreciate the screen shot about what you see when you try to work with the Source Linker to attach sources at FamilySearch, however, you did not provide us with information about your operating system or the browser and browser-version you are using. We would also like the URL for the record you were trying to attach.

Since some errors that occur are browser-related, please review the two following knowledge articles from our Help Center. One explains that the most common errors are often the result of a large cache of temporary files and cookies that inhibit your computer's ability to respond to your requests. Deleting your temporary files and cookies as outlined and then shutting down and restarting FamilySearch will often take care of this issue.

It is also important to keep your operating system and browsers updated since FamilySearch only provides support for the most recent and one previous version of the browsers that we support. This second article explains about our compatibility policy.

We have not seen other reports regarding the Source Linker, and were personally successful with using it to attach sources today in the Chrome browser on a Windows 10-operating system. Please let us know if additional assistance is needed.

I have seen the same behavior. It comes and goes. That tells me it is not my browser or my computer.
