New Search Page formatting

Please move the search parameters back to the left-hand side of the page. English and other European language users read from left to right. Having the search parameters show up after the results on the right side is awkward. Also, many of the searches I tried bring up obscure and improperly dated records, that seem to be drawing the date from the title, not the document's actual content, eg a date range. This creates many false positives. Having just tried to train a new user on tyhe new search was very difficult and the user thought it was counterintuitive.

    I agree too. This new presentation will put off novice researchers. It's already causing seasoned researchers to leave in droves. Is that the intention ?
