Africa?

I could not get the icon to link to Africa on the homepage quick-link.

    To which 'Africa' quick-link are you referring? Under Search> Records? On the map when selecting Africa there - there are 49 African countries listed from which to select - I do not see an option to select the entire 'Africa' continent either.

    If you can specify what homepage you are on and which 'quick-link' you are trying to select 'Africa' that might help us direct you.

    The problem in identifying your problem might relate to which "version" of the Search Historical Records facility you are using, as two are currently available - depending on which browser you are using and other factors.

    If you are using the "revised" version, I am looking at https://www.familysearch.org/search/location/list (using another tab) and am able to get a list of country names when I click on the representation of Africa in the world map on that page.

    Try another browser, if you have one installed, to see if this might be a cookies problem (they need to be deleted) or browser issue.


    If you are referring to this page, I get a list of countries in Africa when I click on it on the map:
