Change of IP address for a registered affiliated Library Casino & District Family History Group Inc
We are an affiliated library with FamilySearch
Who do I contact now to change Casino & District Family History Group Inc. IP ADDRESS?
We have had problems with our internet provider "MATE" and they have changed our IP Address.
This has happened before and could not access Family Search properly especially the catalog and at that time we emailed FamilySearch about this and was told we were having difficulties because of the IP address issue.
As I cannot now email Familysearch I need to notify of this change yet again so our members can get access to records.
New IP address is as follows - 218.214.90.61

The request to change your iP address has been made. This may take a few days before you are back on line.

Thankyou. But today is 29th September and still cannot access catalogue
When clicking on camera & key which I have tried on several queries we get the message

If the changeover to the new static IP hasn't happened, please call Australian support at 1-800-953-143.

ATTENTION HELP NEEDED
Another month has passed and Casino & District Family History Group Inc. here at Casino [A registered affiliated library with Family Search] still has no access to to films.
Nothing will open with a lock or key. This problem has been ongoing for so long and we have had numerous phone calls to FamilySearch here in Australia and they promise to make sure our problem is being looked into - but this is not happening.
Our members are very disappointed with our service of FamilySearch because of this.
The screen shots added previously above remain the same.
