Family search site will "NOT remember" by password while using Ancestry

I have been dealing with this problem almost all year.....no suggestions have solved it! While using Ancestry, if I want to click FamilySearch to compare info, I get a msg to enter my username/password. So I do, and I get an error from FamilySearch saying my password is incorrect. So I then click forgot password (eventhough i have not forgot my password), enter a new password......and guess what, I go back to Ancestry, click FamilySearch and get another msg to enter my username/password, I do, I again get: password is incorrect????

How frustrating! The behavior you are describing is not 'normal' - I have used the compare features in Ancestry without what you describe occurring. 'Probably' the issue is related to several settings - your FamilySearch account (password) and how cookie settings are being used for both sites (Ancestry and Familysearch). With the difficulty of dealing with this for a year - I doubt my further suggestions will be viewed as nor possibly help. I would recommend Familysearch moderator/admin get a 'special team' to help with your system to determine the solution.

I hope Familysearch's team can help you resolve this as soon as possible!
