Messaging system
Hi
I have tried to send a message on the system but the icon only appears in the address field and I can’t move from there to the content of the message. Tried closing the account and opening up again etc but this is now a persistent problem, everything else is working fine but I’m unable to reply to messages sent to me.
Any help would be appreciated!

Thank you for your question. I understand from your statement that you are unable to "navigate" the FamilySearch Messaging system.
