Guest complaint about change to searching
This guest took the time to write the complaint quoted below. I have emailed her about this and told her that I have sent it to our IT department. If you would like to make a further response, send it to me and I will forward it to her.
"I find this new way of searching very frustrating. It is hard to follow, too wordy with too much "stuff" to sort through. I had the old way down pat and loved it...and always found the record I wanted! Please do not keep this new form. I could not find the record I wanted at all. So I just cut and pasted into the relative's page the source info that I needed to bring up the census source I wanted to find...and couldn't because of your new format."
