Inconsistent "My Reservations" lists

To attempt to reconcile my outstanding reservations status I printed a copy of "My Reservations" list. Subsequently I created the list to begin reprinting necessary cards. There are significantly differences between my earlier printout and the new one showing to order cards.

  1. Some names on the first list no longer appear. I checked their person pages ordinances and there still is a need for a new card. Example: Annie Myrtle Pleasants, L759-KBD. William Howard Patterson, 9V46-K25. If name does not appear on the current list and the work is not all done, how do we be sure they don't get lost in the shuffle? How do I know all my reservations are on the list?
  2. Some names now showing were not on the first list, but should have been. Example: George R Oaks, LY18-8SG, reserved 1 Jan 2020. Ida Webster Olive, G76F-4D9, reserved 6 May 2020. Irene Osborn, G3QJ-PDN, reserved 27 Sept 2019.
  3. I have several other examples, but I thought these few would demo the problem.
