Croatian Church records

I have been using the Croatian church records and they have been of great value to see my ancestors names, etc. in these records. The last couple of days I get a message that there is an error in the reader and I don't have any images to look at. Is there an issue at familysearch or do I need to do somethng onmy end to view these again? and it appears to be all records (births, marriages, deaths) not just one group.

    What message are you seeing?

Access to records is governed by contracts by FS and the record owner. Sometimes these contracts change, and records that were once accessible are no longer viewable. If that is the case, the error message will either tell you to visit a Family History Library, Affiliate Library or a partner site. If the error message doesn't say any of those things, it's probably a technical issue.

Thank you, I doubt it's a contract issue as myself and other researchers have been using those records for quite a while. My message made no mention of visiting a family history center. I've got a couple of ideas I'll try and see if that works.

It sounds like a contract issue. Contract issues tend to pop up when the contracted time runs out. Then poof, no more access, and never any advance notice either.

The exact message would help. Could you share a screenshot of it?

Got it working. I had it set up on my desktop and for some reason it quit showing the records. If I go in through the FamilySearch site (as I originally did) it works fine, just takes longer

    thanks for the comments
