For roster: 1916–1939 [Part J] [M37R-9KL] there e 3 duplicate names in different offices.

Example: Robert, Thomas A. 3 offices. R.O.T.C., Organized Reserves Office, and C.M.T.C. office

The instructions states to go to the IMAGE drop down and choos "No, Duplicate" this option is not on there.

I'll Hold of on indexing this batch till I hear

Your image isn't the duplicate of another image in your batch since there's only one image. I think what you're talking about is a duplicate record on that one image, in which case you would only index that person one time IF all the indexed information for him would be the same. Being in the Family Search index one time will bring a researcher to this image and he can see all instances of that one name.

Thank you for the answer, I was thinking that I only had to add the person once. Also, Thanks for correcting me on Record and Image.
