Family Proclamation Book rejected
I made a Family Proclamation book I want to preserve for our family. Along with the text, it has a husband and wife giving each other a small kiss and some loving photos of children. The text reads, "Husband and wife have a solemn responsibility to love and care for each other and for their children. "Children are an heritage of the Lord." Had I known when I made the book 10 years ago that I could not submit pages with kissing, I would have done differently, but I cannot change the book. Without the two pages that were rejected, the book is not complete and these are pretty important passages. I believe the second photo that was rejected was one of two other kissing photos, one of a newborn baby and the mother kissing his forehead where the proclamation says, The first commandment that God gave to Adam and Eve pertained to their potential for parenthood as Husband and Wife. Or two, a husband and wife kissing over their first baby, with the title "Parents have a sacred duty to rear their children in love and righteousness...." May I receive permission for these two pages to be added to complete the book?
Also, How do I collate the book into one file without the pages being separate as they are now?

Hi @CongerDixieLouiseBrighton1
You appear to have two concerns regarding the Family Proclamation Book that you want to preserve for your family. The first concern is related to the rejection of photos that were to be part of this book. The rules for uploading photos are very specific and do say not to include any photos of individuals kissing others. We understand why this may be something that is confusing to you, however, when you agree to use the Memories portion of the FamilySearch site, you agree to abide by the rules that have been established for this public, online feature at FamilySearch. Here is the knowledge article with a reminder about what rules will apply as uploaded memories are added. There is an additional link within this article which provides more details about upload policies and guidelines.
To address your second concern about how to create a single collated memory for the book, please review this information about creating documents. If you convert your memory into a pdf document, you can upload it as one memory. After it has been successfully uploaded, click on the thumbnail that is created for the memory and you should see the option to scroll through the entire book. This article about uploading memories does remind you that your memory must be no larger than 15 MB to be successfully uploaded as a single document, and you will see the Submission Agreement within this additional article.
If you feel you must include the pages which have been restricted, you may want to pursue another way to save and share your book. We appreciate your comments and hope that you will understand our policies. We wish you every success as you continue to work on your family history.
