I can't review any US Directories.

It says they want people to review because there are 12,000 outstanding batches. I have indexed at least 30,000 Directory names. I don't get it.

If you are not seeing a review button under the index button on the batch. I suggest you go to Help, which is the question mark with a circle around it. At the bottom right of the window is Contact Us. You will see a phone number to call or you can Chat

    Hi Walter.

Do you consistently not see the Review button just for those batches but do see it for others?

Regardless of your answer to that question, I’ve seen some crazy things happen in the Web Indexing program that were “cured” by using a different browser or by clearing cache and cookies for the current browser. So, I suggest that you first try a different browser if that’s convenient, and if that works, then try clearing cache and cookies on your preferred browser so you can hopefully get back to using it. Or you can go right to cleaning up your current browser.

Please let us know what happens.

Batches contain many names. Sometimes over a thousand names are on one batch. When you compare the number of batches to the number of names it is like comparing apples and oranges. 30,000 names could conceivably be in 30 batches leaving 11970 batches to be reviewed.

    Is this what you mean?

HI Walter. Are you clicking on Find Batches and not seeing a Review Button? If you are just always using the Choose Similar Batch when getting a new batch, you will be getting the last type of batch you worked on. So, try going back to the main page where your numbers are and click on Find Batches. Is there a review button? All of your records must be indexed in the Web Indexing program to get the Review Button. (I am assuming that they have been since you think you have indexed 30,000 Directory Names). But, In the Progress box, click from charts over to Projects and see what your Web Totals says.

@EVHLHM He is not comparing anything. It shows on the find batches that there are 15,157 batches that need reviewed. Apparently someone has posted somewhere that they want folks who can review to review. If Walter's progress chart shows that he has indexed 30,000 records in web-indexing then he should be able to review.

That is true. Actually I have reviewed 1,200,000 records and indexed 340,000 (approx). So I still are being told that there aren't any available. Like you say with over 15k batches that need reviewing I don't understand.

I have found that once you review a batch and upload it it is possible to download a similar batch to review. I just can't get the first batch to start with.

One of the main reasons I like US Directories is that they have between 1 and 600 names per batch. I even got one with 900. They give you a little more time but I can usually do one in a day.

    BTW thanks for the responses.

@Tom123 This is an old post from almost a month ago. Allison seems to have addressed the problem directly using Teamviewer and reported it. Hopefully it is resolved by now!
