Find a better system for asking questions and giving feedback
I have ask several questions in this new FS Community. Most of the responses show that the person did NOT bother to read what I wrote after asking the question. Sometimes they have told me to do what I clearly stated I had already done - that is not at all helpful. Other times they have given me an answer that doesn't even address what I ask - also not helpful.
Several of the answers have also included the following paragraph
Going forward, we ask that you contact us by posting your question or issue in FamilySearch Community (www.community.familysearch.org). After signing in to Community using your FamilySearch account username and password, post your question or issue by clicking on “Q and A” in the left column. Next click on your Category and then on “Ask a Question.” We also offer phone and chat support (see https://www.familysearch.org/help/helpcenter/article/contact-familysearch-support).
That is exactly what I did in the first place so telling me to use this method in the future is not helpful at all.
This new way of getting help is difficult to navigate and not at all user friendly. So far it has been an absolute waste of my time and has not gotten me any useful help.

Ah, the joys of boilerplate. The old system had the same problem: at bare minimum, the first-tier response was always infuriating cut-and-paste text with nothing to do with your question. Of course, in my experience, the second and third tier were often even worse.
An advantage to the new system is that at least you get half a chance at an "actual human" response, even if it's from an equally-clueless fellow user. A disadvantage is that sometimes, you get irrelevant boilerplate from several moderators, who each obviously failed to read different bits of your question. And yes, the cut-and-paste often tells you, in detailed steps, how to do exactly what you just finished doing.
My most recent question in Q and A was "moved" -- from Search to ... Search. I get the distinct impression that sometimes, the mods here are making it up as they go.
