Regarding downloading photographs into FamilySearch
My wife and I are working in our Stake's FHC and have downloaded several photographs of ancestors into our Family Trees. Some of the photographs are not showing up in the "trees" when we reopen the software. However when we have accessed FamilySearch via a mobile device (cell phone), all of the photographs show up beside our ancestors in the FamilySearch. Why would that be? Any idea as to what we are doing incorrectly or advice as to how to fix this minor problem?

@williampatrickgraney1 As we understand, you are concerned about uploaded photographs not showing in the Portrait View of your Family Tree using the FamilySearch website and these photographs do show using the Family Tree mobile application on your cellphone. Lets check a few things:
- Find a photograph that is showing in the Family Tree app and not in the Family Tree website. Copy the ID# of the individual.
- Go the the Family Tree website and find the individaul, and ensure it is not showing as the portrait for the individual. Check the memories for the individual. Is the selected photo showing there? If the photograph is there, select it as the portrait view.
- Please review the following link about choosing my FamilySearch portrait photo and who can see it:

- If you are not able to correct the issue, please post your results here. Have a great day.
