I had been looking for my grandmother's birth registration since I joined the church in 1981. I just found the 1895 San German, Puerto Rico births book which is online as a "duplicate" of the. It does not have the birthdates, just names. I want to go through all the entries I need to until I find her. I can add the dates so others can find their loved ones as I go. How can I do this officially? I am completely bilingual.

Puerto Rico, Civil Registration, 1805-2001 San Germán Nacimientos 1893-1896, L. 16-21 (L. 16 duplicado) https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:9Q97-Y33V-PQP?i=830&wc=9PTG-K68%3A131316801%2C135067201&cc=1682798

Family Search indexing projects are based on contracts with record owners. There is not any provision for individuals to create their own projects. There are currently 13 Spanish language indexing projects available. You could bless the lives of countless others by helping with any of these.
