Right. So you would Ctrl+B (Cmd+B on Mac) <Blank> that Birthplace Field per Example #2 in the Project Instructions.
The form in that Example and the one you're referring to is actually a Post Enumeration Survey (PES) form. The PES was conducted about 2 months after the original 2008 Census on a 5% sample from the original census and was meant to evaluate various aspects of it and its procedures.
Here are a couple of citations from a PowerPoint presentation of an evaluation of the survey and the PES:
Post Enumeration Survey DEFINITION • A Post Enumeration Survey (PES) is conducted after the census enumeration to examine the quality of census outputs and processes. • UN recommended that a post-enumeration Survey (PES) be undertaken within three months after the enumeration to determine the degree of under-or overcount in a population and housing censuses • Liberia conducted the PES in June 2008, two (2)months after the census enumeration. LISGIS 9/2/09 PAGE 10
Post Enumeration Survey PES Sample Design • A sample of 352 Enumeration Areas was selected (5% of 7, 025 EAs) • The country was stratified by counties (15 counties) as well as urban and rural areas. LISGIS 9/2/09 PAGE 11
Below is a full PowerPoint discussion. PowerPoint is not needed to view.

I noticed this also and so am marking the Birthplace as blank.
I also haven't found any instructions on what to do if there are two ages listed in the age column. Maybe I haven't looked hard enough?

If you could post a share batch code we could look at the batch to see what should be done with the ages.
Just copy the Project name and be sure to include the 7 numbers and letters in brackets at the end of the name.
