United States—Enlisted and Officer Muster Rolls and Rosters, 1916–1939 [Part J] [M37L-2R2
HI- I'm working on this batch and its a "DETAILED REPORT OF ALL OFFICERS ASSIGNED OR ATTACHE TO THE ORGINIZATION. It has no dated on the top of the form. On the Nature of present duties and remarks its has no date except for one person and its under LOSSES. Do I use the date for the whole page or mark it UNREADABLE.

Thanks for sharing the batch. For all but that one man, you would follow the Field Helps, which you can see by clicking the purple circle with a question mark.
Here's a summary: if the date was not recorded press Ctrl+B to mark this field blank or use the 4th icon on the horizontal tool bar.
(You would not mark it unreadable.)

To reinforce what Dellory wrote:
(1) Should this Image be indexed? The answer is Yes (not UNREADABLE)
(2) Index all those names - please don’t pass the task on to someone else.
(3) The Military Date for Howard F K Cahill is Feb 5 1920. The Military Date Fields ( Month, Day, Year) for all other persons in that report should be “blanked” either using Ctrl+B (Cmd+B on a Mac) or the 4th icon from the left.
(4) There is no date at the top of the page covering the whole report. So each listed person’s Military Date (or lack of one) is recorded individually, as in (3) per Dellory’s citation of the Military Date Field Helps.

@veraiosua3 you can always return the batch and make it SEP (someone else's problem) 😁
