Multiple Problems on FS Over the Past Several Weeks

I have noticed changes on FS that are not making things better. Here's an example: In the past when I have wanted to add information, I've selected ADD and then the information has transferred from the left to the right. As it's moved from left to right, the information has gone along with it. Not anymore. Now, the information disappears as it moves to the right. In the past, I was able to include where a baptism or marriage took place right next to what was already in the box which was usually the date and city. I was able to change it from Leicester, Leicestershire, England to Leicester St George, Leicestershire, England. This was very helpful and efficient and now this doesn't give the option. This is not an improvement. I telephoned and spoke to a helper who told me that I didn't know what I was talking about and that I was wrong.
Here's another one...on Attach Historical Records to Family Tree you can no longer click on the person's name and go to that person directly as before. You must go up to the top (next to "Go to record" and click there. This is not helpful and slows the process of research down.
Also, clicking possible duplicates takes me to a white, nearly blank page. I can see Family Search Family tree, search, memories, etc., up on the top still. I can also see about, volunteer, blog, etc., on the bottom. There is now no point to clicking for possible duplicates.
When clicking to add a new person's information to a record, (let's say James John Frith in the 1911 UK census record), a pop up window shows the words "Add to Family Tree", but then a circle spins and doesn't stop. This has always been how I've added new individuals to FS.
Yes, I've updated my computer, cleared my cookies, eliminated extra windows from running at the same time, etc. After asking to have the opportunity to input some concerns with these multiple problems I've encountered on FS I was told that I could ask here. So, my question is regarding if any others are having these probems? If so, whom may I speak with or where might I be able to e-mail so that FS IT is aware that these recent changes are not beneficial?
