It's working okay for me, too. Sometimes clearing cookies can solve the problem, but certain issues are specific to a particular browser. I was using Firefox when I found the page, so suggest you use this (or another browser other than your usual one) to see if you can reach it that way.

Sorry, I had misunderstood your point, too.
I find it quite common for links to external website pages to disappear after a time. This is probably the case here. Unfortunately, it might take a long time before a member of the FamilySearch staff can go through and investigate every link to see if is still "live".
I appreciate your frustration, but there is no need for you to be rude to someone who is probably volunteering their time (as I am) to try to help FamilySearch users. As this site is not a commercial one, resources are very limited, so we all experience similar problems at times.
