Hi Anthony! Thanks for sharing your batch. I think you asked the same question in another post and John Empoliti answered correctly earlier today.
The field helps allow us to learn more about how the fields should be indexed. They are accessed by clicking on the purple question mark that appears when we click on a field. The field help for the deed Year says:
Type the 4-digit number for the deed year.
If the deed date was not recorded, index the date of the record. Do not index the date of instrument.
If only a 2-digit number was recorded, you can sometimes determine the first 2 digits of the 4-digit year from other information, such as the project dates or other contextual information on the image.
Do not calculate a date from other information on the document.
If you cannot determine the 4-digit year, index the 2-digit number. If you cannot determine the 2-digit or 4-digit year, press Ctrl+B to mark this field blank.
Hope that helps! Happy Indexing!

Dear Anthony,
In order to answer your question, please send us the batch number which can be found at the top of the screen after the batch name. You can also open Help and copy and paste it from there in your reply.
Thank you for your dedication.
