Debra Lynn Gilmore
I was working on a batch of Virginia marriage records, 1930, February and it started with the line number 75. I noticed my screens were skipping more than one record at a time and when I went back and started correcting - my screen disappeared. When I went to "Find Batch" there was no batch in progress for me. This batch was not finished and was a mess. What can I do?

Hi Debra,
When asking a question in the Community, please post the Share Batch number so we can see the batch. This can be done by going to Help and choosing that feature or going to the top of your screen and copying the name of the batch with that number and then pasting it in your reply. Thank you for your dedication.

If the batch disappeared you will not have a batch number to share!! Have you been working on the batch for a week? If so you might have exceeded the time allowed and the batch has gone back. If that is the case someone else will work on it and be very happy that you have completed so much of the batch.
I know that doesn't answer your question about getting it back but as far as I know you can't.
Someone else might have a better answer.

If you are having trouble with screen problems you might want to clean your cache and Cookies. Other things that could be tried is turning off the computer after sessions, trying different Browsers.
Cache and Cookies Knowledge articles can be found in the Help Center for FamilySearch. To find the Help Center go to the third Icon to the left of your name in the upper right of the FamilySearch screen. It will be a circle with a question mark.
Hope this helps with your screen problems.
