@JLEd17 Sorry that your question has lingered so long without a response. You indicated that you are looking for descendants of a person. We are guessing you are looking for living descendants. FamilySearch, of course, does not focus on records of living records, but on finding ancestors. The Family History Library does offer free online research consultations offered by the Family History Library. But, I believe they would be focused on finding deceased relatives. Still, you could give them a try:

You could also explore some of the Groups in Community to see if one is focused on an area where you are hoping to find some descendants. Just click Groups on the Community home page and explore the options.
