If you are shown as a living person (which you should be) in FamilySearch you should be the only person who sees it or has access to change it. What are your parents PID numbers in FamilySearch? I can take a look at it and see possibly what happened.

Anyway, it is likely that Stohlsusan1 realizes you are not deceased so detached your PID from your parents' PIDS to hide you from public view. If that is the case, Stohlsusan1 did you a favor.
The easy solution is for you to change the Death status on your PID from Deceased to Living. That will move it into your private tree space. Once it is moved there, you can re-attach it to your parents' PIDs.

Have a go at moving your PID into your private tree space. Once it is there and you re-attach it, no one else can detach it.

Because you are living, you are the only person who should see your ID & relationships to your immediate family members.
However. If your parent, spouse, or child is deceased other users can merge IDs or delete relationships which affect you. They will not realize that what they did affected you because they do not see your name and relationship when they look at Family Tree.
When my mother died, my niece marked “her” copy of my mother deceased and merged it with “my”deceased copy. She also managed to detach my father, deceased sister, and grandparents at the same time. [The Merge function makes this less likely now, but it still happens on occasion.]
Please look at your parent’s records and see what recent changes were made to each record and to any relationships. Link your ID to them and correct any mistakes.
