CASES: Please add the ability for users to see, track and interact through them
Each contact to FamilySearch Support is time-consuming and important.
Please add a feature whereby users can view those crucial contacts and interact with Support via a CASE LOG.
This will once again enrich the precious FamilySearch user experience.
NOTE: this is not a request that all old Cases be restored, unless it can handily be done. Just a "from now on" request.
