We understand that you are adding relatives from FamilySearch and that you have already added the first 4 generations to your chart on Ancestry. You would need to to to one of the end individual's on your chart in Ancestry. That would probably be your GG grandfather or grandmother. When you click on their name and go to their profile and then click on the FamilySearch logo in the top right, you should be able to choose "Add relatives from FamilySearch". By choosing the circle that says "Add up to four generations for this person" you should be able to add up to 4 more generations. You can do this for any end of the line person on your tree in Ancestry to download up to 4 generations at a time from FamilySearch with a connected account. We hope this works for you! Have a great day. Here are some other great articles to use with a connected account.

Hello @Yvonne Vincent,
I would like to add something to the information that @DRPGrigg gave you above. Here is a blog Article Id: 1131 April 20, 2020 that may be helpful for you in trying to upload beyond the initial four generations from FamilySearch to Ancestry. It includes illustrations.
Best Wishes!
