Printing temple list wastes a lot of paper
I have a six page temple list. I print my list periodically because I send cards to other family members and I like to keep track of who has what. It takes 9 pieces of paper per page to print the list, or 5 pieces double sided. It would not take as much paper as it does, even with this format, except that the last page is only half a page and does not print on the back. If I could print the entire list at once, instead of a page at a time, that would have saved about 4 sheets of paper for a 6 page list. With the previous format, I could print the temple list with much less paper. I don't know about anybody else, but I really don't like wasting so much paper and ink!

Have you tried "copy & paste" to a word document? I do this with the "completed" ordinance list, as it put about 20 names & info on 1 sheet of page. I have more than 600 ordinances completed. I know it takes more time to do this, but the paper & ink savings is worth it do me. I can rearrange the info into whatever space saving format I want.
I also put the ink preference on "draft" or "economy print".
Hope this helps.

There doesn't seem to be an easy way to do that. I tried copying the whole page, and it leaves off the ID numbers and takes more space, not less. I suppose I could do one field at a time, but that is going to be VERY time consuming.

The ability to track who has your reserved temple ordinances has been built in to the Temple Reservations page. When you share ordinance reservations with a Family Group, you can see whoever reserves that ordinance from the Family Group and the status of that reservation.
This is how it looks in your Temple Reservation list:
Here is an Knowledge Article about Family Groups and another one about sharing reservations to a Family Group and another about reserving from a Family Group.
