Printing temple list wastes a lot of paper

I have a six page temple list. I print my list periodically because I send cards to other family members and I like to keep track of who has what. It takes 9 pieces of paper per page to print the list, or 5 pieces double sided. It would not take as much paper as it does, even with this format, except that the last page is only half a page and does not print on the back. If I could print the entire list at once, instead of a page at a time, that would have saved about 4 sheets of paper for a 6 page list. With the previous format, I could print the temple list with much less paper. I don't know about anybody else, but I really don't like wasting so much paper and ink!

Have you tried "copy & paste" to a word document? I do this with the "completed" ordinance list, as it put about 20 names & info on 1 sheet of page. I have more than 600 ordinances completed. I know it takes more time to do this, but the paper & ink savings is worth it do me. I can rearrange the info into whatever space saving format I want.

I also put the ink preference on "draft" or "economy print".

    Hope this helps.

There doesn't seem to be an easy way to do that. I tried copying the whole page, and it leaves off the ID numbers and takes more space, not less. I suppose I could do one field at a time, but that is going to be VERY time consuming.
