Hi Sylvia. If you means that the horizontal toolbar (below) is not showing, then make sure that Show Toolbar is checked in the drop-down menu for Data Entry.

To delete an Entry (Form) go to the Entry you want to delete, then click the trashcan icon - 7th from the right, and select the option to “delete current entry.” Or use the shortcut Ctrl+Shift+(-) and do the same.

Also, many of these icons have keyboard shortcut equivalents. Here below is a guide to the above icons with shortcuts where available.

    Hi @PorterSylviaD1

Thank you for your question regarding working with the Canadian Arrivals Project.

John Empoliti  has given you excellent instructions on how to get the "Tool Bar" visible.

You have another question regarding an incorrectly index batch. To help you with this would you please post the Batch Code and project name.

You can find this above the green line while you are indexing or the red line while you are reviewing. You can just copy and paste this into this feed, then we will be able to look at the Batch and confirm what needs to be done and show you how to do it.

    Example: Canada—Immigration Ocean Arrivals, 1919–1924[MSGH-89K]

Anytime you are asking a question it is best if you can provide the Batch code and project name. That way we can easily look at what you are working on.

Thank you for the time you are spending on working with these precious records.
