Hi there leaders!

A new leader really needs a log-in sheet template so she can have people sign in. Then she can use that information for the monthly report more easily. Could someone attach a copy of theirs to a response?

In the Leeds 1st Ward in Yorkshire, in England, UK, I have used this (Patron) Guest visiting sheet for some years to good effect. Perhaps you could re-hash this attached Excel version for your own Centre?

Here is another that was shared. FHC leaders modify for their needs. I no longer have a copy of what I used years ago, but I do remember that there was a "Ward" column. That information is not necessary for a monthly report, but it was a possible clue as to if the guest was from the community at large, and that is tabulated in the report.
